ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
VENDOR RATES:
1 space - $150 (50% non-refundable deposit required)
2 spaces - 250.00 (50% non-refundable deposit required)
BOTH INCLUDE:
One (1) Flutter Event ticket ($55.00 value) One (1) Lunch
One (1) 6-foot rectangular table
Two (2) chairs
DISCLAIMER: As a Participating Vendor, I understand that the views, opinions, and teachings expressed and/or the products, goods and/or services offered by me during the CITIWomen Empowerment Network Event (“Event”) are not necessarily those endorsed by the CITIWomen Empowerment Network or its staff. It is further understood that all activity(ies) I may participate in during the Event are of my own free will, at my own risk, and I accept any and all responsibility for same. I further agree not to bring any claim against any officer, organizer, or other personnel involved in the Event.
GENERAL EXPO INFORMATION:
● Vendor Application and a non-refundable 50% deposit is due upon signed vendor agreement. The remaining balance is due 15 days later (i.e. deposit is made on the 1st day of the month the remaining balance is due on the 15th of the same month.) The vendor forfeits space if the balance is unpaid by the 15th day. Vendor fees are non refundable and non-transferable.
● Vendor areas will be available for set up at 6:00 a.m. on the day of the Event. Doors open to the General Public at 8:00 a.m.
● Your vendor space will be assigned according to the date received; availability of space; longevity of exhibit activities at the event; practicality and suitability of space in relation to competitive lines. All space will be considered on the basis stated and assigned at the discretion of the Exhibit Coordinator.
● Each vendor is responsible for their own set-up and breakdown.
● Each vendor is responsible for their own sales and service, including making changes. Copy machines and other office equipment will, unfortunately, not be available.
● Childcare is not available.
● Vendors are asked to donate one (1) product, good, or service as part of the event’s gift giveaway initiative (preferably something with your business/group branding on it). Gift giveaway donations are not mandatory.
